Charles Huang Foundation Donates $1 Million to Webb Schools for Library Reimagination

Pasadena, CA (October 22, 2022).  Dr. Charles Huang, Chairman of Charles Huang Foundation, founder and Chairman of Pasaca Capital Inc. and Chairman of Innova Medical Group Inc,  made a $1 million gift to the Webb Schools through his philanthropic foundation in support of the renovation of W. Russell Fawcett Library.  A special and memorable donation ceremony was held in the Fawcett Library during Webb’s Centennial Celebration today.   

The donation is designated to renovate the Fawcett Library with the southeastern section of the main floor to be named as the Charles Huang Innovation Wing.

 “The Charles Huang Innovation Wing at The Webb Schools will enable our students to experience the benefits of a state-of-the-art center for unbounded thinking and learning, with flexible new learning spaces, digital technology, and experiential learning resources.”  said Taylor B. Stockdale, Head of The Webb Schools.  “It will be a place to collaborate, to create, and to innovate with faculty and industry leaders.  We are deeply grateful and appreciative of Dr. Charles Huang and the Charles Huang Foundation for making this substantial donation to Webb.”
